Five stars for EZ HPS Services LLC! They have repeatedly stepped up to help a 95-year-old veteran in our Community. Reliability and integrity are hard to find, but this team has both in spades. Edit: upon the response from the owner, the history of poor reviews, numerous rebrands, and number of lawsuits against this outfit. I think it's quite clear, anyone can see for themselves that this company should be out of bussiness (same goes for their sister company Next Level Design and Contracting). Many of these reviews report the same issues with the owner, there's a pattern here. My furnace stopped working so I called them from a emergency visit. The proposed solution was that I needed some parts swapped out. After a few days I was told that the parts may take "6 months to get" and that I should probably just have them install a completely new furnace. Sounded like a scam to me so I called another company to come take a look. Turns out, all I needed was a new filter. I went without heat for 6 days during negative temperatures in the winter for no reason. Proceed with caution.
