I had an amazing experience with Dale, Austin, and the EZ team. I'm always happy to support a family-owned and run business, and our experience with EZ is exactly why. Our boiler had completely died, and they got a replacement up and running quickly, and it's working beautifully. When the gas company had an issue during the install, Dale came out personally on a Friday night to oversee everything and make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend.
I use Dale and the crew from EZ for all my plumbing, heating and ac needs on our property. We have over 60 rentals that each have there own systems and whenever our maintenance crew has issues they need further assistance with we call Dale day or night and he is always there.
They promptly returned my calls, provided an accurate quote, were honest about risk variables, there were no surprises, they showed up, and they did what they said they were going to do. These days, that’s a miracle. Very professional. Thanks and nice work.
We have been using EZ for a few years now. They have been quick to respond to emergencies, video chatted to help me with an issue till they could get to me. The office staff is great and Gio is an awesome plumber/tech.
