I am big on first impressions. I had an appointment for 4pm 12/4/23 for a bid. As of 5pm no one has shown or contacted me. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.
Bill Scherffius was fantastic to work with. He always kept me informed about what step was going to happen next. He always returned my calls right away, never left me hanging. Everything was written out in a contract so I knew exactly what to expect. All work was done to my satisfaction and completed in a very timely manner. I had two roofs installed on my rental houses that had storm damage. One had siding and gutter damage too, which EZ took care of also.
