Zero customer support...Left them a VM with no response so I tried again the next day. They sent me back to the selling dealer who was no help to answer a simple question. Told them I won't recommend their trailers. Representative said she didn't care..
We've tried for weeks to order a couple replacement body parts to fix our EZ Hauler aluminum car hauler that was hit by a snowplow this winter. The EZ Hauler factory is like Tesla - they won't (can't they said) sell parts direct and neither will their dealers. We wouldn't need the parts ourselves but EZ Hauler also will not repair their trailers or recommend a repair center to do so. Once you buy an EZ Hauler it appears you are on your own if anything goes wrong. We now own a $20,000+ trailer that apparently can't be repaire... read more
I purchased an enclosed trailer to haul my car in it. It seems to be a very nice trailer to haul behind my RV how ever I have had problems with the sides becoming un-glued. I returned it to the dealer in Ontario that I purchased it from and they had it for 2 weeks. The sides are becoming unglued again so be careful about who fixes them and who does your aftermarket repairs. Im sure if I was closer to the factory they would have fixed it much better.
My 2003 ez loader (boat and engine weigh 2000lbs) is still in great condition after twenty years with only having greased the bearings every spring. Also bought a 6x10 ez hauler closed cargo a few years ago and can't beat the quality for the price
