Great customer service. the man was very knowledgeable of the different hair type. great quality of hair.
I bought a pack of hair and they didn’t match my hair. I brought them back and the guy at the counter said that he couldn’t take them back because they “weren’t in usable condition.” This is my first trip to this store and I am highly disappointed.
