Horrible experience. Wish I could give zero stars. Do NOT shop at EZ Hair & Beauty Supply. I bought $140 hair extensions for my wedding and was told after the fact that there’s a strict 3-day return window — but no one warned me that if they weren’t the right color or didn’t work out, I couldn’t return them. The extensions are still completely sealed and untouched, and I tried to return them within a few days — but I had already left for my wedding and had no idea I was on a clock.
