They came in and did a free diagnostics test, high efficiency shower head and more. Super nice and got the job done in a timely manner!
Updated reply. See end of comment: I had to give a star because I was unable to give no star at all, which was my real reaction. My home was inspected and the service guy changed a couple light bulbs and gave me a power strip, that does not work. He then changed my thermostat to a smart one. I thought this was a great idea! This was in August. It is now September and we’ve had a few cool nights. I tried to set the thermostat to heat one morning to knock the chill off (I’m glad I did!!!!!) and my furnace did not come on. They have a great lack of knowlegde about electric and thermostat and terrible punctuality they never show up on time and they waste your time i had to wait over 30 days . they kept promising me different agents and different times and they never call you and never show up. total waste of time . and they dont even know how to change a thermostat in some cases i dont think they are trained properly
Tim and Lanny were great they checked my duct work and changed out my shower head and my Sink faucets they did great
