Horrible customer service. I've worked with this agency for 4 years and tried to book a vacation again this week. I could not get in touch with the agent, after 5 calls and an email, finally got in touch with the agent and she was incredibly rude. Tip: if you own a business, welcome people who want to use your service. If you have something going on, it's ok to respond and say hey I'm not taking client right now, I'm sorry I can't help you. This is exactly why this industry is dying, I'd rather book through expedia now.
