I had an extremely disappointing experience here. I paid for a vehicle inspection, but the service I received was shockingly superficial. The inspector only looked under the hood and briefly checked the tires—there was no attempt to lift the car or examine the underside at all. Shortly afterward, during a routine oil change at another shop, I was informed of an oil leak and suspension issues—problems that were clearly visible once the car was properly inspected. Called to have my car looked at an was told to bring it in. I showed up 20 minutes after opening and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes and still no one showed up. I text the number and the response was very short and rude. I decided to come back later the next day and stood at the front desk for over 10 minutes with not a single person acknowledgeing me. I decided toleave as this is not a place worth giving your money to.
This place is the easiest recommendation I would ever give for auto repair. I had issues with my Subaru's axel and within a days time they had it diagnosed with parts on-hand, and ready to pick up the next day. Great communication through text/call, and very honest pricing and greatly informative!
EZ Garage Auto Repair is very flexible and easy to work with. I will definitely go back again in the future for additional work, confident that they will do a good job at a fair price.
