They saved the day! My husband and I were in the opening days of escrow when our lender tried to pull a fast one and increased the fees by almost $10k. We contacted Adriel very last minute and him and his team jumped to action immediately! They were able to get us approved and process all of the paperwork so quickly that we didn’t miss a beat. Not only that, we closed for $3k less than we originally expected. We could not be happier and will recommend that anyone who needs a mortgage contact Adriel first!

Tano and his team, made purchasing a home during a pandemic a breeze! We fell out of escrow once (God's plan) only to find my family's dream home. With loan programs changing daily/weekly - Tano took the time to find a loan that suited my family best.
