June 2024 we got our entire first floor redone with this flooring. It's so much better than our carpet. With kids getting sick and eating in their rooms I was afraid after a few years the carpet would get nasty. But with this hardwood floor, it's amazing. You'll have to invest in SWIFFER because you won't need a vacuum cleaner! Great product. Sure it displaced us a bit with all our stuff in the living room but we are happy we did it and haven't had a problem since!
I have been using Serica floors LVP since day one for all my rental properties. They are supplying premium LVP not the cheap LVP. Quality stuff at great price. Added values to my properties. Highly recommended.
We installed Serica Floors LVP last summer and it’s been pretty durable for the past year. We were a bit of concerned that the health department might deny the product but they approved it and it’s been awesome handling commercial kitchen traffic and uses. The color just so match our restaurant’s natural vibe. We loved it! Highly recommended!
We installed Serica’s Highland Red Oak 1 year ago. It’s been a year and the floors are still look amazing. It is helding up to all the abuse from my 3 young kids and most importantly the floor is easy to maintain. We love the look and the quality and we would recommend to anyone who is looking for high quality LVP.
I’m and installer for over 25 years and I’ve seen every lvp out there and installed it . But this product from EZ Flooring is hand down the best lvp I’ve installed in the US . It’s very durable and the locking doesn’t snap off or allow it to separate. It’s the only product I guaranteed to my customers.
