We contacted EZ Flex to order 2 roll up mats for our son to use for Jiu Jitsu. They were delivered promptly. One of the mats was defective, so I called EZ flex to inquire about an exchange. Their customer service people were professional and courteous, and they delivered a flawless replacement mat to us within a few days. I would highly recommend EZ Flex for both their value and their service.

I ordered two ez flex roll cheer mats for my middle school. Working with EZ flex was a nightmare. It took over a month for them to ship, and I could never get an official date of delivery. After they were delivered, one of the mats was the wrong size- like 6 feet too short. EZ flex never apologized, and instead made it more inconvenient for me to have to send the mat back. Very poor customer service- never followed up.

After a horrible experience with another mat company, I decided on EZ Flex for this purchase. It was far and away the best decision I have made when it comes to a wrestling mat and wall padding. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with and everything was shipped and received on time in a professional manner. I will never look anywhere else when purchasing a wrestling mat again and would recommend the same.
