Very shady company. Only accepted cash or Zelle. Had to constantly reach out to get an ETA after they'd say they were coming, but never showed. After several days of texting and calling, they finally came, still without an ETA. Now they won't send me a receipt and are ignoring my calls and texts.

Called EZ Fix on Thursday having my refrigerator repair scheduled on Friday 3-5 PM. Since the technician didn't show up on time called again on Friday around 5 PM. Was told that they will call me back with the update shortly. No call followed. This is disgraceful way to conduct business.

Horrible way to operate a business. Around 3pm, I talked to a person who said someone would be available to come between 5:30-6:30. At 4:44 and 4:47 I had two missed calls. At 4:57, a simple text of "cancel, thanks for your time." I responded right away and even called back numerous times. It is very unprofessional to cancel with a text instead of asking if I would like to reschedule because I did not pick up twice within a 3 min time span.

The team was very responsive and came out quickly to my home for a full diagnostic of my EV charger. They got it working again and checked back a day later to make sure everything was still working. I would definitely use them again. Great to know I have a team for my EV charger repair when needed.
