I just called in hopes to get some help with a potentially lost ring in a washing machine. The guy on the phone was not even close to helpful, and made me feel like there wasn’t a care in the world to what I had to say about my questions. I wasn’t rude, and was hung up on. Awful experience

I’m very happy with their service and charges for repairing a Sub Zero refrigerator. EZ does not charge a fortune for a filter change and Freon charge. I’ll never use anyone else again for appliance repair.

I called around for service and didn't know who to go with but saw EZ Fix was veteran owned so I chose them. Im glad I did because they proved to be honest pro's. Their diagnosis fee was lower than the rest and labor rate too. My repairman was Carlos who came on time and fixed my Samsung oven with no hassle or hidden charges. I looked up his asking price on Google for switching out a heating element and it was standard. I'm happy with the service and 4 month warranty.

Very shady company. Only accepted cash or Zelle. Had to constantly reach out to get an ETA after they'd say they were coming, but never showed. After several days of texting and calling, they finally came, still without an ETA. Now they won't send me a receipt and are ignoring my calls and texts.

Called EZ Fix on Thursday having my refrigerator repair scheduled on Friday 3-5 PM. Since the technician didn't show up on time called again on Friday around 5 PM. Was told that they will call me back with the update shortly. No call followed. This is disgraceful way to conduct business.
