So what do you guys plan to do when the floor falls in on the Salvation Army down below, you know the fire department already stated that it is a risk due to the buildings age and structure? . The floor bounces like a trampoline when you're in there especially by the middle of the building and treadmills there. It is a hazard at best, and criminal negligence in the waiting. Also making a female worker clean the men's locker room without a sign saying to say out is absurd

Staff is full of super nice workers, especially Jessica! She's always running around cleaning up the gym and equipment, and is very friendly and easy to talk to 😊 Always happy to see her when I come in for a workout!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jess is absolutely amazing! She’s very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. You can tell she truly cares about people and does her job with passion. Everyone at the gym loves her, and she always makes you feel welcome. If you need anything, just ask Jess — she’ll take care of you right away. Highly recommended! She works Monday to Thursday.

Fantastic neighborhood gym with friendly staff. It's got everything you need and nothing you don't. Open 24/7. Must be the best value in metro Vancouver. Highly recommend.
