Drove 30 mins out my way and called before to ask if opened. I got there and nothing. There’s no office. I was so confused.
On June 22, 2026, around 3 PM, I called to confirm the business’s hours before driving over. Instead of answering a simple question, the person who picked up told me I was “asking a rhetorical question” and hung up on me. The hours are posted online, so there was no reason not to just say them. I never got to the repair — the phone interaction alone was enough to take my business elsewhere. Can’t speak to the quality of the work, but the customer service on the phone was dismissive and rude.
A1 service, great guy,very humble in my oppinion. Will I go back ? In a heartbeat!!
Very bad experience with Zach. Broke again after one week!
