Having parts on the shelf is huge for me. When I called and Steve told me he had everything in stock I was shocked (in a good way). Great customer service and a quality product is hard to beat!
Steve was very knowledgeable about the correct product for my application. He spent the necessary time to help me understand my new e-bike as this is my first purpose.
We recently decided to purchase a pair of scooters to more easily get around locally, particularly in the summer months. We were recommended to EZBikes by a neighbor, and the sales and service experience has been fabulous. Highly recommend these guys!
Steve and Dan are so very helpful. I had an issue with a helmet for my wife and they were very compassionate about the problem and helped us out. Every time I go in there the have the answers for me and never talk over me but talk to me. What a great team they have. Don't make a mistake a go some where else, this IS the company to purchase your stuff from!
Just bought a Buddy 50 from Steve at EZ. The best customer service ever! Steve knows his scooter $hit!! He answered every question, very knowledgeable. He even came to rescue me when my test drive went a little sideways. I’m a EZ scooter fan for life. I won’t go anywhere else for my next scooter and you shouldn’t either. My Buddy left on the back of my truck with 6 miles on it and 5 hours later I’m almost at 30miles! Who knew 50cc could be so fun!!!
