after having my air ducts cleaned, i originally felt a bit disappointed, but the manager from EZ Dryer vent cleaning reached out and explained everything about the process really clearly. they sent malik to double check all the air vents and made sure everything was cleaned the right way. i could see they truly care about their customers and want to fix any issues. sometimes things just don’t go as planned, but they made it right and left my home much fresher. overall, i’m happy with the service and how they handled things.
