Poor customer service....
They've had a difficult spring 2022 staffing their operation and getting clients' docks in. It's been frustrating for everyone. Thanks for finally coming by and getting my dock in the water!
Needed a difficult to find lift setup, on the fly, at the busiest time of the season. EZ was not only accommodating, but priced reasonably, and got me on the lake just in time. Installation was very thorough, including several last minute customizations at my site to optimize my boat type, and available depth. I was shown how everything worked and left with all my questions answered. Would 100% use EZ Dock and Lift again, and recommend to all in need of dock or lift sales and service.
Jordan and Tyler have been taking out/putting in our dock and boat lift for 4 years. They have answered my requests quickly. They have done a fantastic job. They are careful, they place the equipment where they are directed. They are professional, prompt and always pleasant on the phone.
