July 12, 2025. I got the worst haircut of my life. Lady was super rude, didn’t give me my change nor a receipt. When I tried asking her to fix it she said it was okay… you know who you are ma’am. I don’t wish any bad luck on this business, however I do want to warn people that you get what you pay for.

Muy mala experiencia el personal no tiene paciencia a niños SOLO EN ESA SUCURSAL siempre llevo a mi niño al de WESLACO con Kristal pero esta vez no tenía tiempo para llevarlo y pensaba que todas las sucursales tendrían el mismo trato y servicio y no me fui muy decepcionada y más aparte le dejaron pelos largos 🫤
I got my hair cut here today and when my hair dried after the cut it was horrible, one side it longer then the other and there are some parts that are cut wrong, I asked for layers I don’t know how it could have been botched the way it was. So disappointing and cried, I would not trust her with my hair ever again
