He brought together a group of intelligent and motivated individuals to create a company focused on construction industry. Mr. Ho vision was to meet the needs of the client in a timely and insightful fashion from start to finish. Mr. Ho, through expert leadership and commitment has guided his team to successfully completing every project in a timely manner. We renovate from bathroom to custom build homes.

John and his guys did really outstanding work. They helped us redo the subfloor and drywall in a room where our HVAC failed and the room needed improvement before we could install a new one. We faced several 100+ degree days with 4 kids and no HVAC, and John was sincerely empathetic to our plight. They did such an incredible job taking our old outdated screened-in porch and making it look like a brand new space. Very detail oriented. Fast and efficient. We will be taking EZ contracting again and again !!
We just had a great experience with John Ho and EZ Contracting. We hired John to completely remodel our primary and hall full bathrooms. They showed up on day one on time and immediately protected the floors with tarps and left the project as clean and organized as possible. They worked outside whenever possible to lessen the sound and mess of the renovation. They removed old tile and installed shower and floor tile in each bathroom and it looks awesome. John Ho at EZ Contracting has done my property renovations and updates for years now. Not only is John honest and hard-working, but a kind and wonderful person to work with. Over the years, he added rooms onto my home, opened up the living space on the main level, updated my kitchen, updated my bathrooms, done exterior hardscaping including building - with a foundation on a slope - a patio, gazebo, fire pit, and walkways.
