Ordered carpet. After two weeks of waiting emailed and asked when it might be shipped out. A lady emailed back two days later saying they were going through ownership change and it was delaying orders by 1 to 2 weeks. I opted to wait. It has now been 3 weeks, (almost 6 weeks since I originally ordered), I can no longer get ahold of anyone, and their site is down. $300 down the drain, and now my kids go without a bedroom to sleep in because they decided to take off with people's money. FRAUD!
I paid you $504.00 and your site is down! Fraud! you took my money and did not send product! SHAME on YOU!

I had a great experience with EZ Carpet. There shipping was unbelievable fast. The product was what I expected. The carpet tiles went in easily and stuck to the concrete. Will definitely buy again for future use.
