I wanted my carpets cleaned by a professional and made the mistake of calling EZ carpet. Other than my carpets being soaked for three days I don't know if anything was done. I was told that some stains would not come out despite being charged extra for them. I went back with some Resolve and my crappy cleaner from Walmart and those same stains came right out and are GONE.
