I have waited nearly a year before writing this review because I wanted to be fair and make sure I was evaluating my experience objectively. I hired EZ Car Clinic because my car had a recurring problem: it would often fail to start when the weather was hot. As a mobile mechanic service, RJ came to my location, diagnosed the issue, and charged me separately for the diagnostic. RJ provided an at-home battery replacement for one of our cars and did an exceptional job. He was able to provide some good pointers and recommendations through the process. Scheduling was simple and communication was frequent and clear confirming his time of arrival. I plan to use RJ's EZ Car Clinic in the future for general maintenance because of his professionalism and the convenience of his mobile business.
