The service RJ provided in March 2026 can be described using 3 P’s - Punctual, Professional and Price competitive. Punctual- RJ arrived at the time ge noted and valued his time as well as my time; Professional- RJ performed services as necessary to complete the service needed without attempting any upselling or presenting hidden charges. Price competitive- RJ quoted reasonable rates for parts and services. I would recommended RJ if anyone needs automotive services.

I have waited nearly a year before writing this review because I wanted to be fair and make sure I was evaluating my experience objectively. I hired EZ Car Clinic because my car had a recurring problem: it would often fail to start when the weather was hot. As a mobile mechanic service, RJ came to my location, diagnosed the issue, and charged me separately for the diagnostic. RJ provided an at-home battery replacement for one of our cars and did an exceptional job. He was able to provide some good pointers and recommendations through the process. Scheduling was simple and communication was frequent and clear confirming his time of arrival. I plan to use RJ's EZ Car Clinic in the future for general maintenance because of his professionalism and the convenience of his mobile business.
