I would rate zero star if I could!! We went to EZBrace because it sounded like an easy and gentle orthodontic option for kids, but honestly this whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The treatment was done only by Dr. Cecilia Ng. There’s no receptionist, no assistant, nothing like a normal orthodontic clinic. Every time we needed to book or ask something, it felt like we were chasing someone who wasn’t there.
