Eddie and Bryan did an excellent job on my installation. They are courteous, polite, keep a clean work area, and most off all pay attention to detail, careful and precise. I would highly recommend them.
Signed a contract with them on April 12. No communication. I reached out a month ago and after over a week I finally got a response. I replied with an email requesting a specific install date and crickets. Should’ve never paid a portion upfront. Hopefully, if they ever come to the install, they will wow me, but so far no.
I am very happy with results from EZ Bath. Very pleased with our bathroom remodel and would recommend EZ Bath to anyone looking for bathroom remodel project. Especially want to thank Bernardo and Rodney his assistant. He was very professional and courteous answering every question and concern I had. Mitchell was amazing when we had our first appointment with him. He was cooperative and really explained the process thoroughly. The workers were very kind, polite, and respecting. The man that came in to do the glass has been doing it for over 20 years.Every part of this project has been amazing, and now we're finally happy with our bathroom.
