The staff was professional, courteous, and kept me well informed throughout the entire repair process. My vehicle was ready on time as promised, and everything was completed correctly the first time. I had some minor body damage in the front of my vehicle. They shook my hand and honored the estimated quote. I was so pleased to see they did a perfect job. Since I own a newer vehicle I had some error in my phone app which was indicating transmission and engine faults. This crew at Prime Collision was ready to diagnose these issues however, it turns out that Onstar was the reason for the faults in the first place and Onstar was able to clear these faults once I gave them a call.
