Ez Transport provided great customer service while scheduling my transport. Ismael was specific and precise in requesting my information and providing me with information. They excepted multiple forms of payment including Zelle, which I really liked. The transport that they contracted for the job was great too. I get to see this agent work their butt off. In and out, making phone calls, trying to solve someone else’s concerns with no issue. This company is ran by someone who is honest and trustworthy. Although things may happen that are out of our control(buyer/shipper), he’s the guy who will be upfront and will go an extra phone call. You won’t regret hiring him to handle the shipping of your cargo, because it’s their priority. Hire EZTS!

What I liked best about EZ Auto Transport service was having a singular person to contact throughout the process. If Shannon was off other associates could pickup right where we left off. Shannon initiated a couple of important calls to keep me updated. I also thought the price was fair for scheduling quality drivers without having to interview, contact drivers and waisting time on companies who could not help for whatever reason.
