Terrible communication, took over two weeks when they said 3-5 days.
The company provided me a quote, I sent a $600 deposit, and then 24 hours later needed to cancel the order. They have refused to honor their refund policy which clearly states $200/cancelled order. I've asked to speak to a representative and the only person I hear from is my Rep, who continues to state that the contract language states $200/cancellation per car, which is not what their contact language says. I cancelled the transportation 2 weeks out and did not even have a dedicated driver when I requested the cancellation.... read more
