Rented an auto transporter from this place last week. The owner was very helpful, courteous, and professional. He hooked up the trailer for me and gave me some driving pointers. Good experience and would rent from here again.

Completely unprofessional. Was told a truck was available for sale. I live 25 minutes away. He even gave me the cash cost with title. Told him I was going to get the cash and be out. I show up and he’s in the process of selling. Said a guy beat me there from Kentucky. 😂🤣. Anywhere in KY is 45 minutes away to New Richmond. I was there in 25 minutes. Completely lied and let me drive over for NO reason at all. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! He’s a salesman. Obviously I have better things to do than ... read more

Purchased a vehicle in October 2020, was assured that the vehicle had been gone over by their shop mechanic and the many improvements/upgrades were noted and was told this vehicle was mechanically sound. Was told by the business owner that the slight tick in the front end was due to a recent engine treatment and would be fine after the next oil change. Was not offered an extended warranty of any sort and didn't think one would be necessary. Drove 800 miles and the truck's timing chain snapped and destroyed the engine on 12/2... read more

I purchased a moving accessory from UHaul here. I attempted to return it, unopened, the next day. The owner told me no refunds. I asked if it was a UHaul policy or his own, to which he responded he wasn't sure and to try returning it at another UHaul location. UHaul policy is a 30-day window for returns. If I can't trust this guy with a $40 UHaul sale, I sure can't trust him on a vehicle sale or a third party warranty that he sells.
