Excellent, Brandon is honest as well as an effective mechanic. His team are great folks. And they stand by their work.
Our car engine broke. We towed our car to EZ Auto. He wanted to change the engine. He wanted to charge 9,000 to 10, 000. We said no and he wanted to buy our car Kia Sorento 2016. I found an engine for 2500. Since we didn’t fix it, he charge $100 dollars for doing nothing. I do not recommend this auto repair.
Brandon is an exceptional person who handled my time sensitive issue with professionalism and respect. I was stranded and needed help, and his shop was able to offer exactly what I needed at a price that I couldn't beat. Five stars, will recommend to everyone who needs a hand getting back on the road!
Y'all.. solo girl driving way too fast up these hills. Of course a million engine lights come on at once 20-30 miles from the shop. My call was immediately answered, thank goodness. I asked if they could check my transmission at their location and they said yes. Due to the distance, I also asked if they offered a tow service just in case and they said yes (they work with a tow service directly) so that eased my panic. I was driving to Beaumont Tx and had an alternator going out. I was in a utility truck with tools and picked up a replacement from O'reillys and they told me EZ auto was fair so I drove over for them to put it on. A nice young man showed up at 9 and said he could do it. I figured $100 would be fair for 30 min work in 1/2 hour. Owner showed up at 9 1/2 went to pay the bill and he charged me $312 for 1/2 hour work for a kid in a dirt lot. He said that what dealers charge. Dealers have shop and their employees have benefits.
