Extremely unprofessional and unreliable and possibly fraudulent . As mentioned in other reviews they intentionally ignore phone calls and texts after they collect the initial payment and don’t fix anything and just completely ghost you. Would not be surprised if they lose their partnerships and faced legal action with their unfulfilled promises and lack of response to customers

I would give them a zero if I could. Waited all day for the technician to show up. I called at the end of the appointment window and left a message. No one called back and no one ever showed up. Do not use this company if you value your time. At 5:30pm they canceled the appointment online after I waited all day. Did not even have the courtesy to call.

Please don’t waste your time! I was connected with EZ Appliance Services through my home warranty for a requested dryer repair. They didn’t come for the first appointment without notification. I rescheduled for three days later, since that was the only appointment available. They came after the appointment window, and departed saying the job was for two people since my machines are stacked. It is so difficult to get the scheduler on the phone even after hours of trying.
