Please don’t waste your time! I was connected with EZ Appliance Services through my home warranty for a requested dryer repair. They didn’t come for the first appointment without notification. I rescheduled for three days later, since that was the only appointment available. They came after the appointment window, and departed saying the job was for two people since my machines are stacked. It is so difficult to get the scheduler on the phone even after hours of trying. The team that came to help was kind, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the person who manages their appointments is not reliable and hard to reach. The technicians are fantastic - they'd do much better if they found someone new to manage their appointments.
We had an excellent experience with EZ Appliance. They were extremely professional and thorough in their appliance analysis/triaging and then fixing the issues. They followed up with us many times to schedule appointments and get the replacement parts. We will surely use them for our future needs. We recommend using this team for your appliance repair work.
