After being scheduled for a service call through *********'s third-party division, he came to our home in April 2019 to fix our dishwasher, which was not properly cleaning nor drying our dishes. He said the dishwasher soap was enzymatic, and needed food to "eat," so stop rinsing the dishes (unless there's super-heavy soil and/or burnt-on food).
