Dr. Caswell is quite insensitive, doesn’t seem to care about her patients at all. Made an insensitive ‘joke’ to my friend who needed help
While I understand the importance of keeping to appointment times I was approx 10 mins from arriving when I received a call from reception stating I was late. This was 10 mins prior to my confirmed appointment time. I was told I’d need to reschedule. Sorry won’t be happening.
I went to this clinics a few years ago for a skin check up. Since then I have received text message "reminders" every few months telling me that I have an appointment and that I have to come. I have called and asked them to stop but to no avail. While I respect reminding willing clients to have their skin checked, the arrogance of repeatedly contacting me against my instructions is galling.
Owner was probably the rudest person i have ever come across to be honest
