It took me over 4 phone calls/left messages to get in contact with anyone to schedule an appointment. Mike canceled on me 2hours before the appointment, I reached out to him to confirm and he canceled. Meaning if I didn’t reach out, no one would’ve shown up or contacted me. He sends roofers last-minute to my house to look at the leak in my ceiling…I needed someone to evaluate the screws/support in the vent for my gas furnace.
