Almost a month later and I was double charged for my prescription and still don't have my glasses. well like i said before first and last time here. Luckily, I decided to take my wife and boys else where not worth our business... I truly wish i could've gotten a refund and went else where but was told I would lose my $300± so basically no refunds. Just have to sit here and wait for my prescription to arrive.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! First they messed up the info on my insurance and were going to charge me a ridiculous amount for what was COVERED. Second, the wait was outrageous and I finally had to leave. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Very rude and unprofessional staff, including the doctor! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I have read all the other ratings and have to say I disagree with all of them. Granted they aren't the most huggy, huggy people, but they are efficient and I have always been treated well. I was able to pick out the glasses I wanted witht he lenses I wanted. I wasn't pushed into any thing I didn't want. I could have picked out some very nice lower priced frames and had a complete pair for under $100.00, but I wanted the more expensive frames.
