Absolutely fantastic. I'd been going to lla larger chain for years but the service here was next level and the glasses were much cheaper and better quality. They really listened to what I needed and talked through the options. I had assumed they would be expensive but turned out to be half the price of what I'd been paying. Can't even describe how much better I can work and see with these new ones! I felt like I was in very kind, experienced and expert hands. Thoroughly recommend.
Very impressed with the overall service at Eyewise. Asha is an experienced, knowledgeable and understanding optometrist who genuinely takes the time to listen. From the moment you walk through the door, Sharon and Michael make you feel welcome and valued. After experiencing ongoing problems with multifocal glasses from Specsavers, Asha was able to resolve them all. The difference has been remarkable. I highly recommend Eyewise to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and outstanding customer service.
Eyewise Optometrists are extremely professional and welcoming. They took the time to thoroughly assess my vision and corrected a prescription that had been done incorrectly by another optometry chain. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything right. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent eye care!
