Terrible Craftsman ship work done on 3 of my frames. Left scratches + glue. 2 of my glasses broke with in a week of repair. DO NOT BRING YOUR GLASSES HERE FOR REPAIR. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN WORST REPAIR. WOULD RATE 0 IF I COULD.
I had two horrible experiences with them, they. Attempted to repair my designer glasses and after a week he returned them looking like a third grader put silly putty on them ... please don't waste your time on these incompetent idiots! The consumer service sucks.,,,
