They are fast at repairs, friendly,and knowledgeable. Quite and friendly environment. Not rushed out and they acknowledge your presents. They fixed my child's glasses in 1 hour.
They repaired my Cartier lenses and did a great job
When I expressed my disappointment in how my frame turned out. The owner/lense designer began to get really disrespectful and irate. He seemed offended that I didn't like my lenses. Instead of trying to figure out how to fix the problem. He just chose to be combative and disrespectful. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!
These people are professional, polite, efficient. It’s a family business and their prices are very compatible. Highly recommended. I did three pairs and was very satisfied.
