I was referred to them from an Alpharetta eyeglass shop and came with rave reviews for the quality of work they’ve done. The Eyewear Repair Express staff were super friendly from the front desk to everybody that I talked with on the phone. When I dropped off my glasses, they did explain to me that there might be some melting of the eye frame when they reset/weld the broken hinge (which I understood) but what I got back was unfortunately disappointing. I was a little suspicious because of some of the reviews, but overall they were able to fix my Cartier frames, so I'm very pleased. The customer service was 10/10 and done in a Timely fashion.
I received outstanding service in a very professional and timely manner. The price for the work done was just as impressive. I absolutely recommend Eyewear Repair Express to all. I am grateful for their attentive workmanship with my glasses.
Amazing work, needed to add nose pieces to my plastic frame, dropped them off wed by 11:00am and they shipped it back to me to Athens and I received them the next day at 11:00. Amazing work and now I can wear them again! Thank you
