Prices here are way too high compared to other shops, and the value just isn’t there. You can find newer collections and better service elsewhere for much less.
I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The stock feels quite old, and when I purchased a pair of Burberry sunglasses, I was given a hard case but later realized that the cleaning cloth was missing when I opened it at home. On top of that, the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced — unhelpful and careless. For a premium product, this is unacceptable. I strongly suggest others think twice before buying from this store.
I have been coming here for years and years. The service and staff are top notch. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I aways go once a year for a check up and get new glasses or sometimes sunglasses as well Thank you very much Eyewear Central
