Very welcoming vibe. Professional and informative. Easy to talk to as well. I've never had an eye/sight test before and the optometrist was very kind. I was expecting an attitude considering I forgot my previously booked appointment and had to rebook. But no, they were very nice and even sent me a sms the day before to remind me.
