I had an excellent experience at Eyetique. The staff was incredibly friendly and customer service oriented. Michelle did an excellent job in helping me select a new pair of frames. She was incredibly knowledgeable and very helpful!
I showed up yesterday at 10am an eye crisis and they were able to quickly fit me and figure out my problem, a contact lens folded up inside my eyelid since the night before. I am incredibly grateful. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
Generally inhospitable staff. Repeatedly misgendered me and called me by my legal name despite all of my paperwork. The glasses are good, and the woman who actually did my eye exam were nice, but the front facing staff are awful.
