I ordered glasses and then was informed the frames were no longer available - this was in the beginning of January and I still don’t have my refund and it was over $500 - they have been collecting interest on my money and I feel I am entitled to the interest at this point ! Horrible situation - I would have just requested credit on my credit card but I have a new credit card with a new number and they said it had to be the same number I paid with
