Excellent company to deal with, purchased several items and had a problem setting up a WiFi camera, a quick phone call and one of their tech support team talked me through the set up. First class service will use again.
Really poor quality Chinese rubbish. Temu or etsy would of been quarter of the price and better quality. Still waiting for them to email me back so I can send it back to claim a refund.
I bought a Wrist Watch. It never performed as it was advertised. Then after exactly one year, which is the period of the expiration of the warranty, it stopped working and couldn't be repaired. So £80 thrown out of the window. I won't buy anything from them again.
Bought a camera as my mum has dementia & still wants to live independently. After a couple of issues the fire officer said it may be a good idea to install a camera. I spoke to this company & they advised me which would be ths best option ( battery life etc.) Camera arrived very quickly. I had an issue setting it up, even though their instructions are very clear and easy to follow (I only have very basic technical knowledge) it turned out to be an issue with my broadband.
