I was using this optometrist for over eight years for my custom-made hard contact lenses. Jessica would replace my contacts every year which was not required. They cost $2000 every time she’s always rushing through my appointment and she’s not qualified to fit me for the contacts like she claimed. I spent over $10,000 with this ridiculous optometrist. Very impressed with the staff, especially Ross who assisted me with suitable frames, and general advice. Luana was very helpful regarding potential issues and solutions for my current multifocals. I will make the trek to Melbourne for my next eye examination. Beautiful store front.
