Had a great experience in February buying two pairs of prescription sunglasses. Knowledgeable, engaging and extremely service oriented. That was punctuated further today when I returned after severely damaging one of the frames- while I thought I would be paying for replacement frames, he solved my problem by deftly fixing it within 15 minutes. While I am only in la Jolla periodically as I live outside of the state they have earned my business, trust and allegiance. Thank you

Amazing customer service! We were visiting for the weekend and stopped into this luxury eyeglasses store for a browse and were met by Ian who encouraged me to try on some pairs and gave me excellent advice on how to photograph eyeglasses in perspective on my face (before too close and terrible, no matter what the shape)!
