Horrible service ever since that one girl left that was there for years.she was amazing. I have been waiting for my daughters glasses since October 2022 place been closed since nov I’m just finding out today they moved to a different location. I don’t understand why would they not call people and tell them where to get they glasses or service. Have been coming here for years and have had a few hiccups here and there. But my most recent service has been HORRIBLE. It has been over a month and I haven’t received my glasses but just given excuses each time. The first time my lenses had no transition. The second time it only had transition with no anti glare. And I’m still waiting… order was initially placed August 5th. Today is September 12th and still no glasses. Now I’m told the manager has quit and there’s just one girl working there.
