Do not go here. The doctor is pleasant enough, but it is all about bumping you up in extra and expensive costs. The front staff is horrible when it comes to doing their job. It wasn't like this always, but it is now. We complained, but nothing was done or changed.
I would like to comment on my experience with Dr. Leesang, who is a wonderful eye doctor, and also on my opinion about the front desk staff. Contrary to several other reviews, I always find the front office staff to be pleasant and helpful. I am always greeted with a smile and feel welcomed into the office as soon as I walk in. I've never had to wait for any requests (help with insurance issues, ordering both glasses and contact lenses, or copies of my prescription). This is a horrible place to go! The doctors are decent. The office staff is awful!!!! If you get a contact exam they require you to call in for a follow up or go in again for a follow up and they will not call you. It is your responsibilty to bug them. I have called on different occassions to get my perscription faxed to me, both times I have had to call back and bug them because they do not send in a timely matter, I'm talking like an hour wait time for a piece of paper. Do Everything To Avoid this Bad Eye Doctor – This Dr. doesn't care about personalized patient care. This Dr. and office staff wants your money and will leave you out to dry without your needs being met. You cannot count on this Dr. for help and kindly advice. You can ONLY count on this Dr. to bill you whether justified or not. This eye group offers nothing beyong a charge, and so, this office does not deserve your time or energy. PLEASE do yourself a favor and find an alternative Eye Dr.
Great doctor – The doctor is great. Prices were reasonable and the office has a great cozy atmosphere.
Wonderful Doctor, Horrible front desk service – Dr. Leesang is a wonderful doctor, but the front desk staff needs a lesson on customer service and patient care. Every front desk employee should go above and beyond in trying to help a patient especially if they are in need. Not helpful-forced me to see another doctor after 5 years of service. Would never recommend.
