Always friendly. They do exceptional work
Everyone polite and professional. Was very pleased with the personal care.
Horrible customer service. Dr. Schneider is completely unconcerned about customer welfare. There is a sign on the door of exam room entryway that stares "due to very limited space only one person is allowed in the exam rooms at a time." I read this sign and honored it by remaining in the waiting room while my wife was examined. My wife has memory issues so at the end of the examination I asked Dr. Schneider to repeat to me what he had said to her concerning next steps. Only giving it 1 star because I have to... otherwise it would be a 0. Waited 15 minutes in a waiting room and watched kids (who were tearing it apart) go back with their parents only to be refused as a patient because I had no one coming to pick up my two who were 1) in an infant carrier and 2) coloring quietly without saying a word. Should have read the only other review on here... Will be taking my business to Tifton.
