Simone was very thorough, asking many questions about my eye issues and carried out multiple tests. Happy with the solutions.
Expert team. Steve and Partner have a unique skill set. Neurological optometry. Steve imptoved my quality of life. I have complex medical history. That was contributing to eye and neurological strain. One year after getting glasses, my symptoms have reduced. I am more comfortable and less neurological strain
Professional and friendly. Simoné seems very qualified. The eye exam is VERY thorough. They have more relevant eye testing machines that any other optometrist I have seen. I am confident they will sort out my vision issues after a 2 year struggle. This is not a "normal" optometrist who can just give you glasses. They look a lot draper and seem to know a lot more.
Liz has taken great care to understand my son’s behaviour and the impact his eyesight has on other aspects of his life, including overall physical and mental development, schooling, etc. I really appreciate Liz’s guidance and practical approach to, as much as possible, assist my son to reach his potential. I would highly recommend EyeSense to other parents or adults.
Liz is so incredibly knowledgeable and the eye tests are way more thorough and in-depth than anything the shopping centre Optometrists provide. I cannot rate her expertise highly enough. They take into consideration how you use your eyes, you're lifestyle habits, screen time, medical conditions... everything that matters. You pay more but it's absolutely worth it. Myself and my family won't go anywhere else. 10/10
