I just completed my eye exam at Keen Eye Center for glasses and contacts. Keen was highly recommended by a friend. Unfortunately there were too many issues and misunderstandings for me to use their services again or recommend them to anyone. The bow broke on my old Silhouette rimless glasses. I tried Keen Eye Center because they advertised Silhouettes. Made my day. Oneida to the rescue! She found a new pair that was the same size and switched out the old tired frames for the new ones while we waited. Think I will be switching eye centers as my old one dropped Silhouettes as a brand new Kudos to Oneida for her “surgical” repair.
What a wonderful experience! I spent a lot of time deciding on a provider and I am so glad we chose Keen. Very professional. State-of-the-art equipment. Staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very satisfying visit. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. Samantha was very disrespectful and would not spend anytime on the phone to walk through my bill. At the end she was yelling, short on the conversation and said if I don't come in to review the bill she does not want my business. STAY away form this group, it is like buying a used car.
