Poor Customer Service (non-responsive, failure to explain risk/lack of warranty for lenses); Poor Product and Failure stand behind their product or get their vendor to stand behind theirs. I am the customer! I visited this business last December to get an eye exam and new frames and lenses with my new prescription. Just moved out to AZ and found this eye center near me and couldn’t be happier! The doctor at Keen Eyes is very knowledgeable and super nice! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking to get checked! I can’t say enough good things about this place ! Dr. Groff is amazing and will for sure be back!
My first and recent visit to Keen Eye Center was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and Dr. Kristian LeJeune was excellent in providing his expertise and knowledge to make my visit feel insightful and helpful. Exam process was smooth and I highly recommend!
All around good experience at Keen Eye Center. Check-in was very smooth, Dr. Kris Lejeune was exceptional. He was a good listener and addressed all the concerns I had about my eyes. 10/10 would recommend.
