The bow broke on my old Silhouette rimless glasses. I tried Keen Eye Center because they advertised Silhouettes. Made my day. Oneida to the rescue! She found a new pair that was the same size and switched out the old tired frames for the new ones while we waited. Think I will be switching eye centers as my old one dropped Silhouettes as a brand new Kudos to Oneida for her “surgical” repair.
What a wonderful experience! I spent a lot of time deciding on a provider and I am so glad we chose Keen. Very professional. State-of-the-art equipment. Staff are warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a very satisfying visit. Highly recommend.
Terrible customer service. Samantha was very disrespectful and would not spend anytime on the phone to walk through my bill. At the end she was yelling, short on the conversation and said if I don't come in to review the bill she does not want my business. STAY away form this group, it is like buying a used car. I had the most amazing experience at Keen Eye Center. Oneida, the front end attendant was incredible from the time you walk in the door. Keen Eye Center is so thorough from start to finish. The exam was quick and very advanced. Dr, Alex was the most knowledgeable eye Dr I have ever been to. Very up on the latest advances and also very supportive of total eye health. I would totally recommend Keen Eye Center, definitely 5 Stars! !
Finally have found an optometrist my Hubby likes. Staff was friendly and helpful, the doctor was thorough. A good experience with a rating of 4 stars.
