Very friendly Staff, have good collection of glasses.
Suppose to open at 11 and never is it’s ridiculous have people waiting and u don’t open on time!!!
I am giving 5 stars because years ago I seen Dr. Yasir, and he was the only one to get my glasses prescription right. Previously, I got a pair of glasses from another place in Bayonne, and I had to throw them out because the prescription was totally wrong. Thank you Dr. Yasir. The lady in front helped me with the frames.
HORRIBLE!
Placed an order for contact lenses back in December. Front desk girl says it'll take a couple of weeks and they will call when it's ready. I don't hear anything for over two weeks. I call to follow up and the girl is rude and dismissive and tells me they will call back. I never get any call back and that was the end of that. Improve your basic customer service.
