While Dr Whitford is pleasant, knowledgeable and skilled, that's it for positives. His office staff's communication is the WORST. If you like being condescended to, ignored or otherwise treated like you don't matter, look no further.
I told them to check insurance before coming that way which they said they did get their just for them to say it's acceptable but your copay would be 300 vs target eye care 10 dollars. Waste of time
Starting with the staff to Dr Whitford, I received professional and thorough assistance with pain in my eye. Fortunately, the staff worked me in and Dr Whitford examined and most importantly, calmly walked me through the results of his findings. The staff was informative and with guidance allowed me to have a positive experience. Thank you!
