I would give 0 stars if I could. I have spent so much money to fix my eyebrows and they still don’t look normal. She also talks horribly about her previous employees. I never leave reviews, but I recently ran into someone that had a similar experience at this salon with the owner and I felt obligated to leave a review.

Very unreliable and unprofessional, price changes all the time depending on the day and mood, and will no show to appointments without warning, or show up 15-30 min late. I went here when I first moved to Kelowna & I had to stop going back 3-4 years ago due to the above reasons and corneal abrasion's. I was desperate as my lash girl was away and booked here 3 weeks ago, got a corneal abrasion again but didn’t bother telling her this time because the first 2 times did not end well for me. Love this place! The owner is so nice and she does amazing lashes. I have very sensitive eyes and she has worked with me to finally get the lashes I have wanted for so long! Highly recommend!
